Linked TestCases is a Worksheet, which shows list of Test cases attached to the selected issue.
1. Click on a record in Issues Created By Me / My Tasks / Manager Worksheet report
2. Click on Linked TestCases tab to open the Linked TestCases report (That is highlighted in red color round mark in above screen shot).
It shows list of test cases attached to the issue.
